Jennifer Cuney
Jennifer is a skilled office administrator with diverse experience across industries. She is multilingual, an excellent multi-tasker, detail-oriented, and adept at solving problems efficiently.
Current Work
Jennifer is part of the Operations team and is the Centre's first point of contact for external enquiries. She has a broad range of administrative responsibilities which include: event coordination, travel arrangements, HR and financial support, daily office management assistance etc. In addition, she works closely with the North America team, helping them with project data entry and management and supporting the Rights of Children for the FIFA world cup 2026 project. The impact of Jennifer’s role is to increase organisational efficiency, ensuring all systems run smoothly.
Previous Experience
Before joining the CSHR, Jennifer worked as an Office Administrator / Receptionist / Assistant librarian / Assistant accountant for the French Institute of Scotland (the official agency of the French Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs dedicated to the promotion of French language and culture). She also worked as a Consular and Administrative Agent for the French Consulate in Edinburgh, where she managed a diverse workload which included individual consular support for French citizens in Scotland. She was also responsible for managing French elections and polling in Scotland in 2022.
Before pursuing an administrative career, Jennifer worked as a Modern Languages teacher in Scottish High Schools and as a Speech and Language Therapist in France. In addition to her native French, she also speaks English, Spanish and a little German. With her diverse work experience, Jennifer demonstrates her adaptative, caring and resourceful personality.
