The Centre for Sport and Human Rights is incorporated as “Centre for Sport and Human Rights Limited” (Company number 11422595), currently a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Institute for Human Rights and Business (a UK registered charity). The Centre’s objectives are set out in it’s governing documents (Articles of Association) available at Companies House.
