Migrant Labour in the Construction Sector in the State of Qatar

DLA Piper was asked by the State of Qatar to undertake an independent review of the legislative and enforcement framework of Qatar's labour laws in light of the numerous allegations made regarding the conditions for migrant workers in the construction sector. The report makes a significant number of recommendations.
