Claire has much versatile office management and business administration experience across a number of international NGOs. Over the years, she has gained a lot of expertise in membership and international relations as well as in event and project management.

Current work

Claire is responsible for the operational development, review and execution of CSHR processes (including impact management processes) and ensuring they are adopted and implemented across the team. Additionally, she develops CSHR’s expertise and capacity in internal governance, process management and impact monitoring (internally & externally).

Previous experience

Claire has worked on organising various sporting events and conferences, including the Paralympic Games in London, Sochi and Rio. In addition to her native French, she also speaks English, Spanish and a little German.

She studied Languages and International Business in France, Spain and the Netherlands. Claire first worked as a Trade Certification Analyst and Auditor for the Fairtrade certification body FLO-Cert in Bonn, Germany. She joined the International Paralympic Committee as Communications and Marketing Assistant before becoming the Membership Manager and serving as the main contact at the IPC for National Paralympic Committees and International Sports Federations. She carried out similar activities at the Asian Paralympic Committee prior to joining the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh where she managed events, membership and communications for the Faculty of Pre-Hospital Care.
